SO EASY TO USE. 1.fill the spray tan cup with 50ml of the tanned AF pro spray mist included in your kit. 2. turn it on and start spraying your bod all over (the handy manual in the kit will help you nail it). start on a lower setting (2 or 3) if spraying for the first time and build your way up to the pro level. 3. rinse after 1-3+ hours in lukewarm water for 60 seconds only. your tan will continue to develop over the next 8 hours.
